As a Facilities Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our world-renowned athletic facilities.   1. Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of all athletic facilities, including locker rooms, gymnasiums, and equipment storage areas.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies to keep facilities in top condition.
  3. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate departments or personnel.
  4. Set up and break down equipment and supplies for various athletic events and activities.
  5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective use of facilities.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff by addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all individuals using the facilities.
  8. Keep accurate records of daily tasks and assist with inventory management.
  9. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on facility policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions for enhancing the overall experience of our community members.

  • Experience In General Maintenance And Repair Work: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Performing Tasks Such As Plumbing, Electrical Work, Carpentry, And Hvac Maintenance.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures: As A Daper Facilities Worker, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Measures To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For Both Yourself And Others.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Perform Manual Labor: This Job May Involve Heavy Lifting, Climbing, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform Manual Labor.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Daper Facilities Workers Often Work In A Team Environment And Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Coworkers, Supervisors, And Other Departments.
