1. Develop and implement a comprehensive and competitive baseball program that aligns with the mission and values of MIT.
2. Recruit and retain talented student-athletes who are committed to academic and athletic excellence.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to assistant coaches, ensuring a cohesive and effective coaching staff.
4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
5. Design and oversee strength and conditioning programs for baseball student-athletes, focusing on injury prevention and performance enhancement.
6. Instruct and educate students in physical education and wellness courses, incorporating best practices and current research.
