Technical Writer Customer Success

Responsibilities:

1. Create comprehensive technical documentation and training materials to enable customers to successfully use Mary Kay’s products and services.
2. Maintain and update existing technical documents and training materials.
3. Collaborate with customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
5. Develop technical documentation and training materials to help customers understand complex concepts.
6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
7. Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and HTML for technical writing projects.
8. Proofread and edit technical documents for accuracy and clarity.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
