Sr Compliance Analyst - IT Security

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Mary Kay’s IT systems and security protocols are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for staying abreast of rapidly changing technology and security trends, and for helping Mary Kay remain secure and compliant.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security and Compliance, and should be knowledgeable of standards, such as ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, and FISMA. In addition, you should have experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security testing. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain effective Mary Kay IT Security and Compliance Policies and Procedures.
2. Stay up to date with changing regulations and industry standards for IT Security and Compliance.
3. Conduct periodic risk assessments, vulnerability management and security testing activities.
4. Monitor IT systems and ensure that security protocols remain compliant.
5. Investigate any potential non-compliant activities and recommend corrective measures.
6. Create, update, and maintain IT Security and Compliance documentation.
7. Provide training to staff on IT Security and Compliance related topics.
8. Proactively assess IT Security and Compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
9. Provide timely and accurate reports on IT Security and Compliance activities.
10. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
