Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective and engaging communication materials across all mediums, including digital marketing campaigns, presentations, newsletters, and internal memos.
  2. Write, edit, and proofread communication materials for accuracy and consistency.
  3. Monitor and stay current with industry trends to ensure all communication materials remain relevant and up-to-date.
  4. Utilize strategic and creative thinking to create innovative communication materials.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and content.
  6. Manage and maintain a database of communication materials.
  7. Ensure all communication materials adhere to company standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Monitor and analyze the impact of communication materials and recommend changes as needed.
  9. Ensure all communication materials are in line with Mary Kay’s mission to empower women and bring out their inner beauty.
