We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team here at Mary Kay! This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to play a vital role in our company. Our Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our products meet or exceed the highest quality standards and developing our quality assurance process. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer. You must also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field, experience with ISO 9001, and familiarity with CAD tools. Beyond technical qualifications, we need a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is driven by a commitment to excellence and is skilled at multitasking. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance process to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Create and implement test plans, protocols, and reports.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and coordinate issue resolution.
- Evaluate and test existing and new products to identify potential defects and recommend improvements.
- Monitor product performance and develop corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Monitor and track product performance and customer feedback.
- Train and mentor other quality personnel in the team.
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues.
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering
