Public Relations Manager

We're looking for an experienced and savvy Public Relations Manager to join the Mary Kay team and help create, plan, and manage our public relations initiatives. In this important role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our reputation and brand presence in the external marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PR concepts, experience in developing and executing PR campaigns, and excellent writing skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic public relations plans that generate awareness and interest in the Mary Kay brand while maintaining a positive reputation.
2. Establish relationships with media outlets and other influencers to promote Mary Kay initiatives and products.
3. Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
4. Write and edit press releases, media advisories, and other content for PR initiatives.
5. Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other events as necessary.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand image and message.
7. Create social media content and campaigns to amplify Mary Kay’s reach.
8. Track and report on the success of PR initiatives.
