Job Description

At Mary Kay, we are seeking an experienced and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and forward-thinking team. Our ideal candidate would have a passion for developing innovative strategies to promote our products and services to the public. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, and you're ready to take on a professional challenge with a leading beauty and cosmetics company, then we'd love to hear from you!The successful candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, as well as 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to think strategically to develop growth-driven marketing plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this position, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative strategies to promote company’s products and services.
  2. Lead marketing efforts and provide strategic direction for growth.
  3. Create detailed marketing plans and manage execution.
  4. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  6. Manage external creative agencies and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
  8. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  9. Monitor and report on performance of marketing campaigns.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
