Product Development Manager

We at Mary Kay are looking for a passionate and driven Product Development Manager to join our team and lead the development of our product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product development cycle from design and concept to production and launch. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail to the table, as well as a deep understanding of the beauty industry and customer needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience managing product development in the beauty industry and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. In addition, you must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire product development cycle, from design and concept to production and launch
• Utilize creative and innovative approaches to product development and marketing
• Research customer needs and trends in the beauty industry in order to create competitive and successful product lines
• Manage product development teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality assurance and cost efficiency
• Create product plans and launch strategies
• Monitor product performance and make necessary changes to ensure successful product launches
• Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and stakeholders
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and meet deadlines
