Field Sales Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver sales training programs for Mary Kay's field sales team • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and create strategies to enhance field sales performance • Monitor field sales team performances and provide feedback and coaching to ensure key performance indicators are met • Utilize adult learning principles to ensure that training is effective and engaging • Create and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization • Ensure compliance with all Mary Kay policies and procedures • Travel as needed to provide in-person training and support to the field sales team
