Field Sales Trainer

At Mary Kay, we’re looking for an experienced Field Sales Trainer to join our team and help us continue to provide our sales force with world-class training and development. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and creative field sales professional with a passion for empowering our sales force to reach their fullest potential.We’re looking for someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to motivate and engage our sales force. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, sales training, and/or coaching, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deliver sales training and development programs for the sales force.
2. Evaluate and assess sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
3. Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage the sales force.
4. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and development programs.
5. Build relationships with the sales team to ensure that training and development efforts are successful.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales resources and materials.
7. Manage and track sales training and development budgets.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that training and development activities are aligned with organizational objectives.
9. Monitor and evaluate sales data to identify trends and recommend changes to improve sales performance.
10. Stay up-to-date on the latest sales industry trends and best practices.
