At Mary Kay, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Field Sales Trainer to join our team and help take our company to the next level. With a passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and successful training sessions to our employees in the field. Successful candidates should have a minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role. You should be a strong communicator and have the ability to motivate and engage teams in the field. You should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, Mary Kay requires that all candidates have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and successful training sessions to Mary Kay employees in the field.
  2. Motivate and engage teams in the field.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to help Mary Kay reach new heights.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to employees when needed.
  5. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure objectives are met.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and Mary Kay products.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the field sales team.
  8. Troubleshoot sales issues and provide solutions.
  9. Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle.
