Coordinator Distribution

The Mary Kay team is looking for a Coordinator Distribution who will be a key component to the success of our distribution operations. This position will require a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The Coordinator Distribution is an integral part of the Mary Kay team responsible for ensuring that our products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The Coordinator Distribution will be responsible for managing the distribution operations, from order management to inventory control. This person will also be responsible for evaluating and improving our current processes and systems, and working with our internal partners to ensure that Mary Kay products reach our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field• 5+ years of experience in distribution/inventory management• Proven track record of success with logistics and customer service excellence• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred

Responsibilities: • Manage the distribution operations, from order management to inventory control • Evaluate and improve current processes and systems • Work with internal partners to ensure Mary Kay products reach customers in a timely and cost-effective manner • Monitor customer service levels of delivery • Track and report inventory levels • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to efficiently monitor and track inventory
