You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key veterinary clinics.To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the veterinary industry.   1. Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve sales targets and goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share in the veterinary industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key veterinary clinics and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services targeted at the veterinary market.
  6. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions.
  7. Train and onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, provide feedback and take corrective actions when necessary.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
  10. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure that the sales team follows them as well.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  14. Identify and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate and promote our products to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing Within The Animal Health Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A High-Performing Sales Team

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Veterinary Market And Industry Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
