  1. Develop and implement sustainability reporting strategies to align with Mars Incorporated's overall sustainability goals.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various departments and locations to accurately report on sustainability efforts.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in sustainability reporting.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address sustainability challenges.
  5. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing.
  6. Stay up-to-date on emerging sustainability trends and communicate best practices to relevant teams.
  7. Manage the creation and publication of sustainability reports, including coordinating with graphic designers and writers to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency in sustainability reporting.
  9. Communicate progress and achievements in sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  10. Act as a sustainability ambassador for the company, promoting sustainability practices and engaging employees in sustainability initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to enhance sustainability efforts and partnerships.
  12. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to streamline sustainability reporting processes.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on sustainability reporting best practices.
  14. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on sustainability trends and represent Mars Incorporated's sustainability efforts.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Reporting, Including Managing Large-Scale Sustainability Reporting Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Reporting Frameworks And Standards Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd.

  • Experience In Stakeholder Engagement And Managing Relationships With External Partners, Such As Ngos And Industry Associations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Sustainability Data To Diverse Audiences.
