
Sr. Manager Digital Media Performance
Mars, Incorporated is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager of Digital Media Performance to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategy and tactics to drive profitable growth of our digital media investments. To be successful in this role, you must possess a combination of analytical, technical, and creative skills as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a deep understanding of digital media channels, including programmatic, search, display, social, and video. Additionally, this role requires a proven ability to develop and execute digital media strategies, including audience targeting, media optimization, and campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate will also have a background in analytics, with experience in using data to make decisions and drive performance. The Senior Manager of Digital Media Performance should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
