  1. Develop and implement renewable energy strategy for the company to achieve sustainability goals.
  2. Conduct legal research and provide analysis on renewable energy regulations and policies.
  3. Advise senior management on potential legal and regulatory risks related to renewable energy initiatives.
  4. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to renewable energy projects.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with renewable energy laws and regulations.
  6. Monitor industry trends and developments in renewable energy to identify potential opportunities and risks for the company.
  7. Provide guidance and support to other departments within the company on renewable energy matters.
  8. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other advisors.
  9. Handle any legal disputes or issues related to renewable energy projects.
  10. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other interactions with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  11. Stay up-to-date on advancements and innovations in renewable energy technologies.
  12. Communicate and promote the company's renewable energy efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay informed on industry developments.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to renewable energy projects.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine the company's renewable energy strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School With A Strong Academic Record.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In The Renewable Energy Industry, Preferably Within A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Renewable Energy Regulations, Policies, And Industry Trends.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Advice And Counsel To Senior Leadership On Complex Renewable Energy Matters.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
