Advanced Degree In Food Science Or Related Field: A Senior Product Development Scientist At Mars, Incorporated Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Food Science, Food Technology, Or A Related Field. This Ensures That They Have A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Methods Of Food Science, And Are Able To Apply This Knowledge To Product Development.
Extensive Experience In Product Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Food Industry.
