Job Description

At Mars, Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Workplace who will be responsible for driving our digital workplace transformation. This role is critical to the future success of our organization and will require a leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology and business.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent project and people management skills, and a demonstrated track record of successful implementations in digital workplace initiatives. The Senior Manager, Digital Workplace should be a creative and collaborative problem solver who is comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment and quickly adapting to changing market conditions.We are looking for an innovative leader who is comfortable taking risks and pushing boundaries in order to help us achieve our digital workplace objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute the digital workplace transformation efforts, managing all aspects of the project from conception to completion.
  2. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for the successful adoption of digital workplace initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  5. Monitor and track progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  6. Analyze and report on performance of digital workplace initiatives.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues.
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of digital workplace technologies and trends.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and risk-taking to drive successful digital workplace initiatives.
  10. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure the success of the digital workplace transformation.
