  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for sustainability within the digital core systems and processes of Mars Incorporated.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sustainability professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the digital core systems and processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to sustainability and technology.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sustainability within the digital core.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and external organizations, to drive sustainability efforts.
  7. Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations, both internally and externally.
  8. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Communicate and advocate for sustainability initiatives internally and externally, promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  10. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on sustainability and technology, representing Mars Incorporated at conferences, events, and other industry forums.
