- Develop and implement a strategic plan for digital core automation enablement across all business units.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation technologies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential automation solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define automation requirements and develop a roadmap for implementation.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of automation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in automation technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support automation initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members and end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of automation technologies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Digital Core Automation, Process Optimization, And Project Management.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Transformation Strategies And Technologies, Including Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, And Machine Learning.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Successful Implementation Of Automation Solutions.
