In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and selecting top-level executives to join our dynamic organization.   1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-level executive candidates for the company.
  2. Identify key hiring needs and work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  3. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Create and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Collaborate with the global human resources team to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment to continuously improve the company's recruitment strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of executive candidates and industry professionals for future hiring needs.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  10. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other recruitment team members, sharing best practices and providing mentorship.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and communicating with potential candidates.
  13. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, if necessary, to support the recruitment process.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the executive recruitment process and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

  • Extensive Experience In Executive Recruitment: A Senior Executive Recruiter At Mars, Incorporated Must Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Senior Level Executives In A Corporate Setting.

  • Exceptional Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: The Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers, Executive Leadership, And External Recruitment Agencies.
