- Develop and implement financial data governance policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across all systems and processes through regular audits and quality checks.
- Lead and manage a team of finance data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success in maintaining data governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and data management, to identify and resolve any data integrity issues.
- Develop and maintain standardized data templates and guidelines to ensure consistency in financial reporting.
