Responsibilities:

1. Lead global initiatives to develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions for conversational and generative AI.
2. Develop and deploy AI solutions that will improve collaboration with customers and partners.
3. Understand and use Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks to develop AI solutions.
4. Identify and evaluate new technologies for use in conversational and generative AI initiatives.
5. Lead AI initiatives at Mars, Incorporated by setting vision and strategy.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful deployment of AI solutions.
7. Ensure all AI initiatives are compliant with applicable regulations and standards.
8. Monitor performance of AI solutions and make adjustments as needed.
9. Manage a team of AI professionals and provide guidance and mentorship.
