- Develop and implement brand strategies and plans for assigned brands to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape for assigned brands.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and bring new products to market.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute effective trade and customer marketing programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and high-performing brand management team.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Brand Plans That Drive Business Growth And Increase Market Share.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends, With The Ability To Use Data And Insights To Make Informed Business Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Company Goals.
