  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital technologies to continuously improve supply chain processes.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure effective implementation and utilization of digital tools.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of supply chain processes and digital technology implementations.
  8. Train and educate team members on the use of digital technologies and ensure adoption across the organization.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of digital technologies.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on digital supply chain technologies and provide guidance and recommendations to leadership.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to supply chain operations.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company's mission to create a better world for pets, their owners, and the planet we all share.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Logistics, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Their Application In Supply Chain And Logistics Operations.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Supply Chain Issues.
