The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, as well as 5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Additionally, knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure products meet reliability standards through systematic testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain reliability engineering processes and procedures.
  3. Analyze product performance data to identify and mitigate risks.
  4. Lead reliability improvement initiatives to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain reliability engineering models and simulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability.
  7. Develop and present reliability engineering plans to management.
  8. Monitor and report on progress of reliability engineering projects.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to reliability engineering.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure reliability is considered in product designs.
