Responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet reliability standards through systematic testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain reliability engineering processes and procedures.
- Analyze product performance data to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead reliability improvement initiatives to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reliability engineering models and simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability.
- Develop and present reliability engineering plans to management.
- Monitor and report on progress of reliability engineering projects.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to reliability engineering.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure reliability is considered in product designs.
