We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Food Safety Senior Technologist to join our team at Mars Food & Nutrition.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all applicable food safety regulations and standards at the local, national, and international levels.
  2. Conduct audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement food safety and quality control programs, policies, and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in food safety and quality processes.
  5. Provide guidance and support to production teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of raw materials and finished products.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential food safety and quality hazards.
  7. Investigate and respond to customer and consumer complaints related to food safety and quality.
  8. Train and educate employees on food safety and quality protocols and ensure adherence to these standards.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  10. Participate in the development and review of new products to ensure food safety and quality requirements are met.
  11. Keep up-to-date with advancements in food safety technology and industry best practices, and make recommendations for implementation.
  12. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in food safety and quality processes.
  13. Represent the company in food safety and quality-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's food safety and quality management system.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
