As a Program Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and implementing change initiatives across our diverse business units.   1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks and barriers to change, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Lead and facilitate change management workshops, training sessions, and other communication activities to promote understanding and buy-in for change initiatives.
  5. Conduct impact analysis and stakeholder assessments to identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address it.
  6. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and other relevant documentation to track progress and ensure successful implementation.
  7. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of change initiatives to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  8. Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during the change process and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in driving change initiatives.
  14. Act as a liaison between different business units and departments to ensure alignment and consistency in change efforts.
  15. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Successful Change Initiatives.
