- Develop and implement data and integration strategies that align with the company's overall mission and goals.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for all data and integration initiatives, including identifying key areas for improvement and developing roadmaps for implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of data and integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and integration technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption within the company.
- Manage and mentor a team of data and integration professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Extensive Experience In Data Management And Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working With Data Management And Integration Technologies, Such As Etl Tools, Data Warehousing, And Cloud-Based Data Solutions.
Strong Technical Background: A Deep Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Such As Sql, Java, And Python, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Data Modeling, Data Governance, And Data Security.
