- Operate packaging equipment: The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating various packaging machines, including but not limited to fillers, sealers, and labelers, to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
- Monitor packaging process: The Operator will be required to continuously monitor the packaging process to ensure that products are packaged according to company standards and regulations.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment: It is the responsibility of the Packaging Operator to regularly inspect and troubleshoot packaging equipment to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the packaging process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization: The Operator will be responsible for keeping the packaging area clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure quality control: The Packaging Operator will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company specifications and consumer expectations.
- Record keeping: The Operator will be required to maintain accurate records of production and packaging activities, including product counts, machine operation times, and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Collaborate with team members: The Packaging Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production and packaging processes, and to address any issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols: The Operator will follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Packaging Operator At Mars Incorporated Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Education And Ability To Follow Instructions.
Prior Experience In Packaging Operations: Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food Production Facility, Is Highly Desired To Demonstrate Knowledge Of Packaging Equipment, Processes And Safety Protocols.
Strong Attention To Detail: As A Packaging Operator, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accurate Packaging And Labeling Of Products.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Mars Incorporated Is A Fast-Paced Environment, And The Packaging Operator Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure, Meeting Production Deadlines While Maintaining Quality Standards.
