As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line during the night shift. - Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery during the night shift to ensure efficient and timely production of Mars Incorporated products.
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
- Follow production schedules and maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with production equipment, escalating to management as needed.
- Accurately record production data and maintain detailed production logs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, sanitation, and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S principles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on production processes and procedures.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
- Take initiative to learn new skills and cross-train in different areas of the production process.
- Adhere to Mars Incorporated's mission and values, promoting sustainability and innovation in all aspects of the job.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment, Is Required For This Position.
Technical Skills: Familiarity With Operating And Troubleshooting Machinery, Such As Packaging Equipment, Conveyors, And Forklifts, Is Essential For An Operator-Nights At Mars Incorporated.
Attention To Detail: As A Night Operator, You Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Adjusting Production Processes, So Strong Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work In A Physically Demanding Job Is Essential.
