As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line during the night shift. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual with experience in manufacturing and a strong commitment to quality and safety.   1. Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery during the night shift to ensure efficient and timely production of Mars Incorporated products.
  2. Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
  3. Follow production schedules and maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with production equipment, escalating to management as needed.
  5. Accurately record production data and maintain detailed production logs.
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, sanitation, and product quality.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S principles.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and reporting any issues or concerns.
  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on production processes and procedures.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
  12. Take initiative to learn new skills and cross-train in different areas of the production process.
  13. Adhere to Mars Incorporated's mission and values, promoting sustainability and innovation in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment, Is Required For This Position.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity With Operating And Troubleshooting Machinery, Such As Packaging Equipment, Conveyors, And Forklifts, Is Essential For An Operator-Nights At Mars Incorporated.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Night Operator, You Will Be Responsible For Monitoring And Adjusting Production Processes, So Strong Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work In A Physically Demanding Job Is Essential.
