- Oversee and lead all manufacturing operations in the North America region, including confectionery, pet food, and other food products.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and initiatives to ensure the highest level of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze production processes and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage and optimize production schedules to meet demand and minimize lead times.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and sales, to drive product innovation and launch new products.
- Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
