- Receive and inspect all incoming materials according to company standards.
- Ensure accuracy of received materials by comparing them to purchase orders and other documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received materials.
- Maintain accurate records of received materials and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective materials to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy in the receiving process.

Experience With Material Handling Equipment: A Material Receiving Operator At Mars Incorporated Should Have Prior Experience Operating Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Material Handling Equipment To Safely And Efficiently Transport Incoming Materials To The Designated Storage Area.
Attention To Detail: The Job Of A Material Receiving Operator Requires Careful Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Incoming Materials Are Accurately Identified, Logged, And Properly Stored. This Includes Checking For Any Damage Or Discrepancies In The Received Materials.
Organizational Skills: As A Material Receiving Operator, One Will Be Responsible For Maintaining An Organized And Efficient Receiving Area. This Requires The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Track Inventory Levels, And Maintain Accurate Records Of Received Materials.
