Job Description

Results-driven project and portfolio management of NA projects at pace. Manage portfolio effectiveness for the region, choices and ongoing trade-offs, optimal resource allocation, regional dashboard set-up, diagnostics, metrics and recommendations for portfolio health and transformation to bring our strategy to life. Set up KPIs, dashboards and periodic reporting using existing/new data systems and business intelligence tools to drive fit to the strategy of our portfolio and innovation funnel. Leads and manages NA project management team with prioritization of initiatives and resources Governs and practices best-in-class usage of processes (Quest and artwork origination process). Manages and coordinates the execution of the regional project portfolio. Focus on setting and achieving standards for the team to achieve excellence in execution.
