- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor and track maintenance expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget compliance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support maintenance activities and ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance staff.
