  1. Operate and monitor various machines and equipment used in the production process, including but not limited to mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  3. Conduct regular checks on machines and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
  4. Monitor product quality and make adjustments to machines as needed to ensure consistency and high standards are met.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.
  6. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of orders.
  7. Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving when issues arise during the production process.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and smooth production operations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for process optimization and efficiency.
  11. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine operation and food production.
  12. Follow all Mars Incorporated guidelines and values, including a commitment to quality and integrity in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Operating And Maintaining Machinery: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Experience In Operating And Maintaining Various Types Of Machinery, Such As Conveyor Belts, Packaging Equipment, And Forklifts.
