Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our team for both day and night shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality products are made efficiently and effectively.   1. Operate and monitor various machines according to production schedule and specifications.
  2. Set-up and adjust machines as needed to ensure efficient and effective production.
  3. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or equipment to minimize downtime.
  5. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
  9. Continuously monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of products.
  10. Actively participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  12. Proactively report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production delays.
  13. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Adhere to all Mars Incorporated standards, values, and code of conduct.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Machine Operation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Operating Manufacturing And/Or Packaging Machines In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Machine Mechanics, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Basic Computer Skills To Operate And Monitor The Machines.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Machine Operator, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify And Resolve Any Machine Malfunctions Or Defects To Ensure Quality Production.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires Standing For Long Periods, Lifting Heavy Objects, And Working In A Noisy Environment. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit To Handle These Demands And Follow Safety Guidelines.

  • Flexibility And Availability: The Position May Require Working On Rotating Shifts, Including Days, Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule And Be Available For Overtime When Needed.
