  1. Develop and implement innovative and captivating live streaming and videography strategies for Mars Incorporated.
  2. Lead and manage a team of videographers and live streamers to ensure high quality and engaging content is produced.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand brand messaging and create content that aligns with company goals.
  4. Oversee all aspects of live streaming and videography projects, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content.
  6. Maintain and organize all video and live streaming assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
  7. Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Manage and maintain live streaming equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  9. Act as a creative leader, providing guidance and direction to team members on content ideas, storytelling techniques, and technical skills.
  10. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future content.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote and distribute live streaming and video content across various platforms.
  12. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the production value of our content.
  13. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  14. Represent Mars Incorporated at industry events and conferences, showcasing our live streaming and videography capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Live Streaming And Videography, With At Least 5 Years Of Professional Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Proficient In A Variety Of Live Streaming And Videography Equipment, Software, And Techniques, Including Multi-Camera Setups, Lighting, Audio, And Live Editing.

  • Strong Leadership And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Videographers, Camera Operators, And Other Production Crew Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Coordinate, And Execute Live Streaming And Videography Projects From Start To Finish.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Live Streaming And Videography, With A Creative And Innovative Approach To Producing High-Quality Content.
