Learning Experience Lead

The Learning Experience Lead will play a key role in developing and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of Mars, Incorporated. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, technical know-how, and exceptional communication skills to ensure our employees are well supported and have the tools and resources they need to continue to develop and grow their skills.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions, as well as experience with digital learning platforms and tools. You should have an understanding of instructional design principles and be able to work independently and collaboratively to drive projects from conception through to completion. You should also be able to interpret and respond to data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. In addition to the above, a successful Learning Experience Lead at Mars, Incorporated will have a passion for learning, be able to think critically and be a creative problem solver. This individual should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be working with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that meet the needs of Mars, Incorporated -Utilize digital learning platforms and tools to create an innovative learning experience for Mars, Incorporated employees -Interpret and respond to data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement -Work independently and collaboratively to drive projects from conception through to completion -Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development -Work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are meeting the needs of their teams -Develop instructional materials, including curriculum designs, presentations, manuals, and assessments -Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their learning and development progress -Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops -Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learning and development -Manage budgets and resources for learning and development initiatives
