  1. Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Design and create engaging and impactful learning curriculums for employees at all levels, covering a variety of topics and skills.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  4. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements.
  6. Manage the end-to-end process of curriculum development, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of learning materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the organization's learning programs.
  8. Partner with internal and external resources to source and implement various learning modalities, such as e-learning, virtual learning, and classroom training.
  9. Ensure learning programs comply with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory and legal requirements.
  10. Monitor and manage the learning budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery of learning programs.
  11. Act as a consultant and advisor to internal stakeholders on learning and development matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Maintain and update learning materials and resources to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and accessible to employees.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization by promoting and encouraging participation in learning programs.
  14. Lead and develop a team of learning professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Curriculum Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Curriculum Development And Instructional Design.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Learning Theories And Best Practices In Instructional Design, Adult Learning, And Curriculum Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
