- Develop and implement the company's leadership program, GLMe, in alignment with our values and mission.
- Design and deliver high-quality leadership development initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize leadership development needs and opportunities within the organization.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for GLMe, including content, training materials, and evaluation tools.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the program's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure its continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all GLMe-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to participants.
- Foster a culture of growth and development within the organization by promoting and encouraging participation in GLMe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to stay current on best practices in leadership development.
- Monitor and manage the program's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for GLMe participants, encouraging diversity and inclusion.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and provide updates on the program's progress, outcomes, and impact on the organization.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments in leadership development, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance GLMe.
- Uphold and promote the company's values and mission through all aspects of the leadership program.
- Lead by example and serve as a role model for effective leadership behaviors within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR to identify and develop high-potential employees for the GLMe program and other leadership opportunities within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Leadership Development Or Talent Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing Successful Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Best Practices In Leadership Development And Talent Management, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Innovation In Program Design And Delivery.
