We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indirect Tax Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Mars Incorporated.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for indirect tax processes at Mars Incorporated.
  2. Utilize expertise in indirect tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
  3. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance and streamline indirect tax processes.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize tax processes.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and IT teams, to ensure seamless integration of digital tax solutions.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tax laws to ensure Mars Incorporated remains compliant and competitive.
  9. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and technology vendors.
  11. Develop and oversee the implementation of training programs for employees to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  12. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital tax solutions and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Indirect Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Sales Tax, Value Added Tax (Vat), And Goods And Services Tax (Gst).

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Digital Transformation Projects, Specifically In The Area Of Indirect Tax.

  • Expertise In Utilizing Tax Technology And Automation Tools To Improve Efficiency And Accuracy In Indirect Tax Processes.
