  1. Develop and implement innovative HR technology solutions to support the company's growing business needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
  3. Lead the evaluation and selection of new HR technology platforms, tools, and systems.
  4. Ensure all HR technology solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing HR technology solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain HR technology policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  7. Provide training and support for HR technology systems to ensure adoption and proficiency among employees.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their needs and incorporate them into the overall HR technology strategy.
  10. Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  11. Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and external partners.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals.
  13. Develop and manage HR technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  14. Ensure HR technology solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the needs of a diverse employee population.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the employee experience through technology enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Technology And Systems, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Expertise In Hr Systems And Platforms, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Large-Scale Hr Technology Implementations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
