Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Solutions And Strategies To Support Business Objectives.
