  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support HR strategies and business decision-making.
  2. Utilize data analytics tools to collect, organize, and interpret HR data.
  3. Collaborate with HR team and other departments to identify and address key workforce trends and issues.
  4. Develop and maintain data-driven HR metrics and dashboards to monitor and evaluate organizational performance.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR data analytics.
  7. Work with HR leadership to develop and implement data-driven strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  8. Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  11. Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data analytics tools.
  12. Train and educate HR team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
  14. Monitor and track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives through data analysis.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR data analytics processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis Or Hr Analytics Role.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Strategic Decision-Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Leadership.
