- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support HR strategies and business decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics tools to collect, organize, and interpret HR data.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis Or Hr Analytics Role.
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Power Bi.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Strategic Decision-Making.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Leadership.
