  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Educate and assist customers in selecting the perfect chocolate products for their needs.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Hotel Chocolat's products, services, and promotions.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns.
  5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Proactively seek out sales opportunities and upsell products to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  9. Continuously seek to improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
