Governance & Control Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement corporate governance and risk management policies and procedures.
2. Monitor compliance with corporate governance and risk management policies and procedures.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
4. Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management regarding governance and risk management.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on governance and risk management issues.
6. Provide advice and guidance to senior management on corporate governance and risk management matters.
7. Develop and implement plans to ensure the organization meets its legal and regulatory obligations.
8. Participate in relevant professional development activities to remain current on best practices in corporate governance and risk management.
9. Stay up to date on changes in corporate governance and risk management legislation and regulations.
10. Monitor governance and risk management activities at other organizations in the industry.
