Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain financial accounting and reporting processes that ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
2. Develop and document internal accounting policies and procedures.
3. Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
4. Monitor and analyze financial information, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
5. Ensure accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices.
6. Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
8. Prepare and review financial forecasts and budgets.
9. Monitor and analyze financial trends.
10. Assist in ad-hoc projects and audits.
11. Facilitate internal and external auditing processes.
12. Research and interpret financial regulations and standards.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, such as auditors and tax advisors.
