As a key member of our Accounting Leadership team, this individual will provide leadership and direction to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial reports and the safeguarding of our financial assets.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 7+ years of accounting or finance experience. CPA and public accounting experience is a plus. The successful candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in the preparation of financial statements and the consolidation of financial results. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven record of success in leading teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and effectively collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.The Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager will be a decisive leader who can effectively work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
2. Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
3. Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
4. Develop and implement financial accounting policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
6. Ensure the safeguarding of all financial assets.
7. Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements.
8. Research and resolve complex accounting issues.
9. Prepare financial analysis and reports for management.
10. Prepare and review audit work papers and other documents requested by external auditors.
